If you are not satisfied that the land you purchased is all that we said it was, we will refund your full purchase amount paid or exchange it for any other land in our portfolio. Full purchase price paid includes your down payment, any principal payments made in the 90 day period or cash price paid if purchased in full.
We even put that in writing. You will find it in every sale agreement.

What is not covered by our guarantee?
In the spirit of being up front and transparent in our dealings, you should know that there are a couple of things not refundable with our guarantee. These are items we pay to third parties, that involve your use of the land while you were in control of it or that were required for the preparation of our transaction.
Cash/Full Price purchases are refundable until Deed is recorded. (usually a weeks time) After Recording, an exchange from inventory can be selected in the 90 day time period.
- Documentary Fee (once paper work has been prepared)
- Loan setup or Note Servicing fee
- Credit Card Convenience Fee (if a card was used for any payment other than down payment – We pay the fee for the down payment)
